How to place an order

Basically,there shall not be more than 2 sets in an order. If you would like to place an order exceeding 2 sets, please contact us directly and we shall process the order by case for computing the freight charge and other fees separately.

Payment

The shipping will be started after the remittance

1.Please complete the payment within 3 days of the order or it would be regarded as a canceled order otherwise.

2. The goods will be shipped within 3 days after confirming the order, not including weekend and national holidays.

Return Policy 

•  Within the 7 days from receiving the goods, for the unused products and if it is deemed that the there is no artificial defect, or it is incomplete or wrong goods delivered, the Cat-thing shall accept the return  goods and responsible for the freight charge. 

• The return goods must be with the original packing; exceeding the time limit shall be treated as no returning and the refund shall be canceled. 

• For any artificial damages or in the case of not wrong goods being sent, returning goods and refund are not accepted.
